Service Terms

I don't accept surprise bookings for a partner, and they must book the same slot using the "Second Client of Couple" service free of charge.

I will email you a link to the "SkinMap client Information/consent form" when you have booked. It must be completed before we start touch work in your appointment.

If you choose to cut the session short, that is your decision(men especially, be aware😏) and there is no "partial refund", so don't ask - it ruins the vibe!

For services that only involve only me

You can move or cancel your booking at any time up until 4 hours prior by managing your own booking - use the link in your confirmation email or just bring up the site and "Log In->see bookings". The same applies to cancellations but you need to ask me to remove it.

Any deposit paid is guaranteed refundable up until 4 hours prior to the appointment. After that, I will use my discretion (for example, if you can demonstrate that an unavoidable emergency occurred), and only if you notified me before the start time.

For appointments that involve an assistant or model

All the same conditions apply except that it is 24 hours prior, instead of 4 because it isn't just my commitment of time and effort and they may have travel costs too.
