Privacy Policy and Legal Contract

You are hereby entering into a legal agreement with me as follows

Extending European GDPR Law

I record your IP address implicitly when you visit this site.

Your presence on the site is recorded by generating two, anonymous tracking cookies on your device:

• Google Universal Analytics(for web traffic reporting)
• Privacy Policy acceptance(to confirm that you agree to my terms of usage detailed here)

If you log in as a user, a further cookie is created on your device to identify you personally for the purposes of authentication when accessing any private access pages and the booking system.  

When you sign up to anything on the site (which includes accepting this privacy policy by clicking the popup privacy policy cookie button), you agree that I may store the entered details for the purposes stated indefinitely or until you request they be removed using this form or the "Unsubscribe" link in an email. This exclude automatically captured data such as IP logs, which are keep indefinitely for the purposes of ensuring the optimal functioning of this site and to satisfy regulatory requirements.

All confidential client information submitted via online forms is held and used only for the purposes of your treatment and will not be shared with a third party except if I am legally compelled to do so by the police during an investigation. I will delete all data at your request either verbally or in writing.

You confirm and agree that you wish to view material of a sexual nature, are aged 16+ and not knowingly suffering from a serious sexual trauma that may be triggered.

You confirm and agree that if you view explicit images, that you are aged 18+ and not knowingly suffering from a serious sexual trauma that may be triggered.

Under English law covering legal damages claims

You confirm and agree that if you attend a massage or workshop, you waive your legal rights to make a claim against me as there is no insurance available to me for touch work of an intimate nature.

Extension of English law covering illegal activity

You agree not to use any information or to make bookings for services with nefarious or illegal objectives.

If you are viewing the site from outside England then your local laws apply.

Material on the site that is allegedly illegal

I am not knowingly aware that there is anything of this nature(or will be in the future). It is important to note that the true identities of any individuals referred to is only disclosed my me by prior agreement and any inferences about links to the true identities of unnamed individuals are considered subjective, unless it can be proven otherwise to my satisfaction, with full details of how that link has been inferred.

If you still consider there is anything illegal, then you hereby agree to contact me directly with any such allegations to allow discussion and possible rectification in the first instance. You will detail all pages with URLs(addresses at the top of the browser window) and a copy of the specific text you have issue with and why. Making allegations to any third party(including the police), in the first instance will be treated as an illegal or nefarious activity under the section above.

Having followed the above instructions, if you still feel that I have legal a case to answer, then I accept you then have the legal right to escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory body(only). Even then, if you are such a body(you are still a legal "individual" under the law), you agree to follow the above in the first instance.

Transparency

If there is anything that you don't understand above then you hereby agree not to view or use the site until you have clarified it by contacting me with your question(s) about such, received my email response and then confirmed that you now understand everything above by email.
